Alexis Sifuentes
Certified Life Coach · Founder, Rooted & Rising Life Consulting
Trained in inner child work · Somatic-informed coaching · Trauma-sensitive practice
I was the girl who had it together on the outside and was falling apart every single night alone.
I grew up in a home where chaos was the baseline. Where love came with conditions, silence was safer than honesty, and my needs were either invisible or inconvenient. I learned early — be small.
Be easy. Be what everyone else needs you to be. And I was good at it. For a long time, I convinced myself that meant I was fine. Then I found myself in a relationship that confirmed everything I’d already been taught about my worth — which was that I didn’t have much of it. I stayed longer than I should have. I shrunk even smaller. I lost the thread of who I was so completely that I genuinely couldn’t tell you who Alexis was without listing what she did for other people.
I didn’t need to be fixed. I needed someone to sit with me in the wreckage and help me remember that I had never actually been broken.
That’s what healing gave me. Not a new version of myself — the real one. The one that had been buried under years of survival mode, people-pleasing, and pain I didn’t know how to put down. Through therapy, inner child work, and a faith that held me when I couldn’t hold myself — I found my way back. I learned to set boundaries that didn’t come with guilt. To feel my feelings without drowning in them. To trust my own voice again. To take up space without apologizing for it.
And then I realized — this is the work. Not just for me. For every woman who has ever made herself
smaller to make someone else more comfortable.
That’s why Rooted & Rising exists. And that’s why I show up to this work the way I do — not from a textbook, not from a script. From the other side of it.

What I’m trained in + what we can work on
I bring everything I’ve lived and everything I’ve learned into every session.

“She knew what it felt like to carry something she didn’t have the words for. That’s exactly why she’s here.”
There was a version of Meigan who felt everything deeply and said almost none of it out loud. She was the shy girl in the room, the one who kept the peace, the one who turned her feelings inward because the words never quite came.
Then, at 18, she lost her father. Suddenly. In a season where she had created distance she nevermgot to repair. The grief was real. The guilt was heavier. And in the middle of all of it, she made a quiet
decision — that life is too short to leave things unlived, unexpressed, unloved.
“My dad had a story of redemption. I saw it with my own eyes. And I know that story exists in other people — they may just need help finding the light and initiating the
change.”
That belief became her foundation. She pursued a degree in Psychology not because it was practical, but because helping people was always the only thing that made sense to her. And when Rooted & Rising came into her life, she recognized it immediately as the place where her purpose had been trying to land all along.
Meigan isn’t in the coaching chair yet. She’s building toward it — intentionally, deeply, in the way she does everything. And when she gets there, she’ll bring something most coaches can’t offer: the ability to meet you in your body, not just your mind.

How I work
I don’t coach from a distance.
I get in it with you.
If something in you
said yes while you read this —
That’s not a coincidence. That’s the part of you that’s been waiting for permission to stop pretending you’re fine and start becoming who you actually are.
I believe God puts the right people in front of each other at the right time. If you’re here, maybe this is your time.
No commitment required. Just one honest step toward yourself.
